Our business is situated in the village of Burnbury, Cheshire adjacent to both the A.49 and A.51 trunk Roads. The business was established in 1924. We buy all out meat from local Farms, Free range which is slaughtered for us, we then hang the carcasses for 2-3 weeks before cutting. We make all our sausages & burgers for which we have won several gold awards.

We cook our own meats and have a large deli counter with large selection of cheese pies also salamis, olives etc. We also stock real Cheshire Dairy Ice cream and Connoisseur Cakes. Catering Trade also supplied.

Free local delivery service. We are members of the guild of Q.Butchers and the National Federation of Food Traders. Friendly professional service. Meat cut to personal requirements. Open Tuesday to Saturday.
